We partner with Aramex (Fastway), Couriers Please, Australia Post, Startrack, TNT and we will select the best option available  at the time of shipping. Please contact us if you have a preference of couriers to use (please note that additional charges may apply for different shipping services). Please contact us for confirmation.

We do endeavor to get the goods dispatched ASAP. We are unable to control delivery times/delays once the order has been shipped. 

We accept no accountability for delays caused by the delivery companies. 

We are also not accountable for any loss or damage incurred relating to all deliveries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. We accept no responsibility for missing goods if an incorrect address has been provided.

Additional redirection and/or correctional charges may apply.

If goods are delivered with an Authority To Leave, all risk and accountability for the delivery passes to the customer following delivery.
