No, we do not offer design services at the moment.

We focus on turning your wonderful artwork into amazing print products.

Yes, we can perform simple artwork modifications for you at a rate of $45/hr. Minimum charge is for 1 hour.
So, if you need some colours, fonts and/or images changed, added, deleted etc. We will modify these for you without you having to wait for spend extra designer charges for them.

We offer a variety of printing services including business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, and more.

We offer a variety of finishing services including letterpress, embossing, debossing, foiling, Spot UV, edge painting, duplex, triplex, variable data, die-cutting and many more customised sizes and finishes and either individually or a combination of these finishes.

If you can design it - we can print and finish it!

 Absolutely! Please feel free to request a free sample pack. We include a very useful stock tablet’ comprising of a wide variety of commonly used paper stocks for your reference, as well as we will send you a selection of our most popular products on a range of stocks and finishes so you can see the quality of our printing. However, if there are any particular products or socks that you are particularly interested in, please let us know, we will include these specifically for you.  

 A hard copy proof can be arranged. Requests for a proof must be made prior to submitting an order either by including it in a quote request or by adding it to the comments box before submitting an order. Proofs for products may incur a proof fee. Please contact us for further details.

 We always try out best to get your order out to you ASAP. You can use our online chat, phone or email us regarding the status of your job. 

 Contact us as soon as you realise the mistake and we will endeavour to remove the file from the system before it goes to print. Due to our tight turnaround times, in some cases it may be too late to replace artwork and you will be charged so please be very careful when uploading your artwork.

 Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia. For urgent deliveries, you have the option of organising your own courier and come pick up from our Rocklea office if you wish.

Unfortunately once an order is placed and approval received, it is immediately scheduled in the print queue and in most cases can’t be cancelled. We hope you understand, as our priority is to keep turnaround times as fast as possible for our customers.

Call or email 101 Print and one of our customer service staff will respond to you personally to fix the problem. It’s extremely rare, but if we can’t fix the problem – we will refund your money or offer a print credit.

Our prices online and our quotes are up-front and all-inclusive.
There are no additional or hidden costs. (i.e. no setup, file processing / download costs, etc.)

 Our MOQ varies from product to product. You can find out our MOQ from the respective product details or simply contact us and we will work with you to make it work.

Generally, our turn around time for most of our print jobs is within 2 weeks.
If you have a desired delivery deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet that deadline for you.
Please note that 101 Print will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed, 101 Print will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in the job(s). Most daily runs such as 150gsm Gloss Artpaper & 400gsm Artboard we aim for within 72 hours dispatch ( Artwork must be approved and payment process before 5 pm. )
If you are ordering a standard product (excl. booklets), we aim for less than 4 working days, but we will let you know a turnaround estimate on job confirmation.

Absolutely, and we do it all the time. We call it drop shipping (shipping directly to our reseller's client(s)).
If you would like us to drop ship directly to your client(s), just let us know when you place your order and we will deliver straight to your client(s)' door.  Rest assure that we will use generic packaging and WILL NOT leave any paperwork whatsoever to reveal our identity.

We do not colour match on our products.  
All 101 Print's printing products' can vary from print to print, back to front.  
Post Press finishes such as lamination can also affect colour outputs.  
101 Print will not reprint for colour or shade variances.

 We take great care in checking each art file sent to us, 101 Print accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready (i.e. PMS colours will be converted to CMYK, image resolution quality), it is the senders responsibility in ensuring that the artwork files they send are print ready.
101 Print will print the jobs as they are supplied.
